Privacy notice
Last updated 5 October 2026
This notice explains how Orbixa Technologies Ltd ("Orbixa", "we") uses personal data collected through orbixatechnologies.com. Our group companies (Leva, GrowthOS, Optimise Labs and Leva Health) have their own websites and privacy notices.
Who we are
Orbixa Technologies Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16519488. We are the controller for the personal data described here. Our registered office address is listed on our Companies House record.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company, the topic of your enquiry and your message.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use contact form details only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not add you to marketing lists or sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores contact form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case they are kept for as long as that relationship requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. To make a request, use the contact form and choose "Something else", or write to us at our registered office.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this notice if the way we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
